SpecSure® is a unique off the shelf warranty for end-users which assures that the Saint-Gobain Gyproc India Ltd's proprietary systems will perform to the parameters published in our current literature, for the duration that the system is used for owing to its originally desgined purpose.
- Specify and install Saint - Gobain Gyproc India Limited systems in line with the recommendations of the Ceiling and Drywall specification template
- The systems must comprise only genuine branded Saint - Gobain Gyproc India Limited components (Gypboard® plasterboards, Gyproc® performance plasterboards, Gypsteel ULTRA™ metal framing, and Gyproc accessories), tried and tested in buildings for more than two decades. We cannot guarantee that the use of other manufacturer's components will meet our quality standards when installed in our tested systems.

- System Integrity & Stability – The system shows visible sag or deflection due to improper design and installation of the false ceiling or drywall partition system.
- System Failure – The system completely fails to meet its basic design intent (i.e. the false ceiling or drywall partition system breaks down)

**The SpecSure® certificate warranty is not applicable if system failure arises due to external conditions like water leakages, earthquakes etc. or following non standard operating practices.
